We are now open at 17 South Main St. in Randolph, VT at our new restaurant.  Come and check out our BBQ that we smoke ourselves using our special blend of wood in the smoker we have on-site.  We will still be traveling to big events with our trailer, so be sure to check our schedule on the website or call ahead to see if we are open or to order.

We have enjoyed lots of visitors by snowmobile as well as by car or truck this winter.  We have a nice groomed loop in front of the BBQ stand and it is a great place to stop and take a break.  Come visit us!

We've moved down to 2236 VT Route 12 N, Randolph, VT.  This great location allows you to see scenic Vermont vistas while picking up your favorite food.  Only 3.9 miles from Exit 4, I-89.  You might even see some cows!

We are proud to announce that we have been recognized for our BBQ ribs (using Dave's special technique) and have been awarded 2nd place! We have been one of the most popular vendors at this year's event. Thanks to all for your support.

Comment from a customer:
"We were so happy to see you when we went to fill up. The BBQ Quesadillas were awesome! If there isn't enough snow we'll drive there but while there is we'll be sure to stop in for that yum-yum chop. How do you make your food so addictive? The hand cut fries were the finishing touch - salted to perfection. We probably won't enjoy food ever again now that we've tried yours. Can't wait to go back." Despite the recent blustery cold we've seen good traffic this week! Thanks to all the folks who found our food worth waiting for in the cold!
