Authentic Slow Smoked Wood Fired Vermont BBQ

Allow me to introduce to you VERMONT MAPLE BBQ, an authentic award winning, slow smoked wood fired (only) BBQ Company, traveling throughout Vermont feeding the general public at Festivals, Fairs, Special Events and Private Parties.

VERMONT MAPLE BBQ makes its very own dry Rub and special BBQ Sauce. Slow smoking pork butts for approximately twenty (20) hours then hand pulled to perfection. We take particular pride in the quality, quantity and consistency of its great flavors. We produce some of Vermont's finest BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches served on a French Rudi Roll. Also, we are the home of the original BBQ Hand Pulled Pork Quesadilla. For those who are not meat friendly or wish to eat on the lighter side, we offer a garden fresh mixed Vegetable Quesadilla. Adding to the wonderful homemade flavors, we serve up BBQ Ribs, Chicken, Sausage, tasty homemade Cole Slaw, Poutine and hand cut French Fries topped off with hot or cold beverages, on cooler days delicious homemade soups. Breakfast service can also be provided, i.e. Breakfast Sandwich, Home Fries, Egg Wrap, Muffin/Danish, Coffee and Juice, etc.

VERMONT MAPLE BBQ, a specialized catering company feeds groups of all sizes. It slow smokes Brisket; Ribs; Chicken; Turkey; Lamb and more, customizing each event for its particular needs. (Please note that our food health inspection scores run between 97 and 100 points, with inspections being weekly and bi-weekly).

VERMONT MAPLE BBQ is proud to announce that since 2006 we have competed in the Kansas City BBQ Society's Northeast Regional BBQ Championship, an invitational only competition drawing over forty BBQ Teams from as far away as Texas, Tennessee and all parts of the US. We have proudly brought home a 10th place ribbon in 2006, a 6th place ribbon in 2007, a first place trophy in 2008 and a 9th place ribbon in 2009. In 2010 we finished in the top 10, in 2011 we won a second place trophy for BBQ ribs at the Harpoon Brewery competition. We are looking forward to next year's competitions and invite all who love BBQ to attend.

VERMONT MAPLE BBQ is made in Vermont, by Vermonters with Vermont maple wood, creating our very own authentic slow smoke VERMONT MAPLE BBQ - hence the name. We slow roast the meat ourselves and then hand pull the pork.
